Week 1

  • You will track your sleep by answering a few key question each morning in a sleep log.

  • You will get into a good frame of mind for the process and start to shift negative sleep thoughts to positive ones.

Week 2

  • You will learn about the pros and cons of taking medication and/or supplements for sleep, and tapering options if you want to come off of them safely.
